LUNA-II: Brightfield cell counter

The LUNA-II automated cell counter is a small, yet advanced cell counting system which allows for brightfield counting option and autofocusing. Simply insert your sample and the LUNA-II does the rest. It performs autofocus, adjusts light levels, and captures a high-resolution image, and analyzes the image to produce accurate cell count and viability data – all in just 15 seconds.

You can create custom, cell-specific cell counting protocols or simply use the default counting protocol suitable for most cell lines. Live cells are tagged with green circles and dead cells are tagged with red circles, making it simple to verify the accuracy of each count.

The LUNA-II counter sits comfortably in a cell culture hood or on a benchtop to fit seamlessly into the workflow.
